In many instances when a client contacts us for the first time, they have a variety of questions they need answered.  We have listed some of those questions for you to review and hope you find them to be helpful.

Q. Do you include paper products?

A. Yes, we include everything except a tablecloth.

Q. Where is your delivery area and is there a fee?

A. We will deliver anywhere from Worcester County east to Cape Cod,  southern New Hampshire and parts of Rhode Island at a minimal fee.

Q. Is it necessary for us to fill out any forms in order to start an account.

A. A couple of sheets at the most.  We feel you have enough to do without us adding to it.

Q. Would you cater a company with various shifts to feed (i.e. noon, 8:00 p.m. and 1:30 a.m.)?

A. Absolutely.  We are open seven days a week, 24 hours a day for catering. Shop hours M-F 10-7pm, Sat. 10-5pm.

Q. Do I need to sign anything when you deliver?

A. No.

Q. Is it possible to speak directly with Chef Greg or a culinary staff member?

A. Any member of the staff is always delighted to speak with a client.

Q. If I don't see what I am looking for in a recent menu or on this site, are there other menus for me to review?

A. Chef Greg has over 35+ years in the food business and 500+ items to choose from.

Q. Can you suggest a variety of wines to accompany the appetizers you are preparing for me?

A. As a modest wine collector and a member of the Boston College Club's Wine Committee, Chef Greg would welcome the opportunity.

Q. Can I pay you via credit card?

A. American Express®, VISA or MasterCard

Q. Should I order for the number of attendees only?

A. We normally recommend adding at least 2 to your order.  Many times extras are invited to the luncheon meeting or you decide to include others to a function.

Q. Is it a hassle for you to prepare items for vegetarians?

A. Not at all.  Just let us know how many and we will prepare your order accordingly.

Q. My company is conducting a training session and participants will be eating at various times.  Is it possible to have the Sandwich Buffet boxed?

A.  For a small increase in price, will we box and label it for easy decision making.

Q. Do you handle tents, tables, chairs, dance floors, linens, lighting, entertainment ideas, staff, floral, etc.?

A.  Yes

Q. Do you have staff to serve and bartend?

A.  Yes.  And we also carry liquor liability insurance.
